A really lovely scene which could have been taken in Scotland. Yes the remnants of this fence wouldn't be able to contain anything, but at least you can have a good walk.

Even though this landscape lies directly on the equator, it is over 4,000 meters above sea level. The area is above the tree line and very cold, the grass covered terrain perfect for cattle and llamas.

Running dow the middle of Ecuador is the ParanĂ¡, an extremely high altitude plateau surrounded by snow capped volcanoes. It is a cold and rainy grassland over 12,500 ft above sea level (not the tepid equatorial climate found at lower altitudes).
