Kleine Wiesenvögelchen (Coenonympha pamphilus) ist ein in N-Afrika, Europa und Asien verbreiteter kleiner Schmetterling mit einer Flügelspannweite von nur 2-3 cm. Erstaunlich ist das Territorialverhalten der Männchen. Die Raupe ernährt sich von verschiedenen Wiesengräsern. Diese Insektenart dürfte ein Gewinner der Klimaveänderung sein, denn sie verträgt problemlos höhere Temperaturen.
