We were cooking some lunch with the kitchen exhaust fan on. And this guy showed up, hoping I think, to be invited to take part. He probably smelt the food from some distance. We marvelled at him for ten minutes but fed him nothing. And he meandered away.

He is well known in the community. Our neighbour tells me that he watched her put up her Christmas lights today and that she talks to him in baby talk which he seems to like. I will try talking with him next visit.
