Thank you Bev, I think that only Ladies fashion dicate the type of decoration to make it a real HER place . It is just after the boutique whose picture is just beforehand.
I never saw anything of this type and at least once a year I go there to see the old town. Regards, Jose.
Excuse me if I intrude but I was not 100% happy with my answer. And it was insufficient, as I suspected. It seems it is a local custom to have flowers on their windows; sometimes flower pots on each side of them. It was not very nice what I did on the spur of the moment.
