I took a few shots with my mobile as I was about to head down from King's Seat Hill in the Ochil Hills. That night, Google photos just randomly stitched this panoramic together for me.

I also backup the photos taken with my smartphone with google photos. And indeed google completely automatically does something interesting with the photos.
