Eine in protestantischen Kirchen gelegentlich zu sehende Einheit von Altar und Orgel, d.h. von liturgischer Feier und Lobpreis, findet sich in der Kirche der Kirchenburg Ostheim, die 1615 bis 1620 erbaut wurde. Sie zählt zu den ältesten evangelischen Stadtkirchen in Mitteldeutschland.

A unit of altar and organ, occasionally seen in Protestant churches, i. e. liturgical celebration and worship, can be found in the church of the fortress church of Ostheim, built between 1615 and 1620. It is one of the oldest Protestant churches in central Germany.
