Love the background here! Lots of Blue Herons around here, but never have been successful getting one in flight. They tend to keep their distance (unlike the gulls and geese) so I haven't tried to capture them very often.

Thanks, Jim. Light was just lovely and he was too close not to shoot. I liked how the shots turned out and decided to process one. That is a nice background, isn't it? Farmland mostly with far horizons and an occasional farm. I LOVE it out there.
