Santa Cruz is the most crowded city in Bolivia with 3.3 million on habitants, it has no altitude at difference to La paz , clean ordered and well organized city
Was a pleasure to visit it following Ricardo Arjona a great singer from Guatemala, my wife is the number one fan of this guy. (grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr)
