After seeing Voringsfossen from above (with a lot of other tourists) we hiked the gorge back to the bottom of the falls. The trail to the bottom of the falls was not the easiest as this photo shows, and we had no idea why there were car parts and other trash along the trail. In any case, the photo, with the mist from the falls in the background shows how rocky the trail was for much of its length.
