Evening at the golf course

This is again the Beckenham Place Park golf course in south London.
I had a lovely stroll there at dinner time, when almost nobody was there and the last sun rays illuminated the lawns.

There is a sense of majesty and beauty in old oak trees, at least for those who have eyes to see. No human creation can match this sense of natural beauty.

Beh, se conosci Londra saprai che è piena di parchi come questo... comunque qui siamo all'estrema periferia di Londra, praicamente al confine col Kent.

This tree surely saw a lot of golfers passing... beginners, amateurs, Pro's. Disappointed ones as well as deeply relaxed and happy ones. Maybe he often was a barrier and caught the balls, maybe he is happy about transquility of winter - we don't know but we can recognize the beauty of that mighty solitaire tree. best wishes - Bernd
