Thanks Pete. A very raw facing wind here here channelled by the valley made this section quite uncomfortable but the peaceful scenery made up for it.

It did seem very remote Gordon (mapped now). A fine invigorating six miler here. We have done this walk several times when we had our touring caravan but we had forgotten the way to the tiny car park here. A better walk if we had done it over the last week or two in clear warm weather.
