Glorious sunshine and lovely blue skies Herb............and a delightful image. It looks totally different to the shot in the PiP.

The water level looks a bit low though.

Definitely worth viewing large to see the excellent detail in the background. A cracking shot sir!

I will have to mark these sunny days in my diary Keith, as said before, I am not used to them up here. It does mean though that I have to wear a wide brimmed had to protect my face skin. The lake was quite low but the rains returning this weekend to refill it :) Glad you examined it full size.

Yes, he went around the lake at least twice as far as I saw without falling in. As you say, the water would have been freezing.
