Regarding voyeuristic material on ipernity: A motion for the 2026 IGA
I submit the following addition (in red) to 3.4c of our Terms of Use:
...; contents prohibited by law or infringing rights of third parties; contents presenting people in a probably non-consensual voyeuristic manner that is degrading (obscuring their identity does not make it allowable); violation of the authority...

A new line item 3.5 to be inserted, while existing 3.5 and 3.6 are renumbered.

3.5 Depending on the severity of any violation, the number of violations, or the repetition of them over time, actions taken will range from requiring content to be made private, content to be deleted, temporary suspension of an account preventing access, or the total removal of the account. Actions taken will be on a case by case basis, with the member being contacted as deemed appropriate.
