Yes, this was as delicious as it looks! What's not to like - a free-range egg omelet with salmon, mushrooms, spinach, and Gruyere cheese accompanied with heirloom tomatoes?!! {:o) And, dining outside in the cool, dry, gorgeous Santa Barbara weather was perfection!
