Yes it is Pam, a pity the weather was so bad that I had to take shelter then a Taxi to my Hotel. On arrival the Typhoon alarm went so nobody was allowed out all night.

Thank you very much June, yes I photographed it in pouring rain, the Typhoon alarm went off just as I reached my Hotel, nobody was allowed on the streets until next day.
