On 23.05.2026, a fire broke out at around 6:45 PM in the turbine house of the wind turbine. It was a hot day (about 30°C). Presumably, a bearing had overheated.
There was no extinguishing system or emergency stop due to overheating.
That was certainly not good for the CO2 balance...
