Excellent composition. We were out hiking today and things are just baked. Not a wildflower to be found, no berries. A tough summer.

thanks ron - i was pleased with the detail in the flower the bright yellows sometimes get too washed out.

and yes, this was obviously taken before the crushing heat. now all i see are queen anne's lace and some bachelor buttons by the side of the roads.
