Glorious sky! The Thames barrier looks interesting- has it ever been put to the test in a really big flood?

I found the Barrier interesting as I'd not see it close up before. Just the once from the air, when being flown into Heathrow.

Thank you, Maurice. It was a perfect sight to see, for my eyes. However it was far from perfect light for photography on a moving boat.
