A Happy Fence Friday to everyone. I hope you enjoy every minute of the day and the weekend.

This is on Hay Street in Subiaco, a suburb of Perth. The building has been derelict for a number of years and is the subject of a prolonged dispute between the owners/developers and the local council. If the dispute over the old Subiaco Markets is any indication, this building will remain like this until the year 2050 (and I'm not exaggerating for comic effect).

A great colourful panorama, that it seems you'll be able to enjoy for quite a while yet, John. :-) Definitely best viewed on black. HFF and have a great weekend.

John it is a shame that the site remains derelict with no resolution in sight. A sign of the times everywhere sadly. At least the advertising is colourful and current, - the Torville and Dean tour will be happening next year I believe. I can only imagine there will be plenty more photo opportunities as the hoardings are updated!

Well captured. HFF and have a great weekend. Best wishes Carol
