There is a very similar square in my neighborhood, where a year ago, on a sunny day, one could have seen an almost identical scene ... It is still so unbelievable that a tiny bug has deprived us all, and the old people in particular, of the most simple of pleasures. We soldier on, of course, because we must, but at moments the sense of sadness and loss is daunting.
Thought-provoking b/w...I enjoy scenes like this to stare at and wonder about. I couldn't help but look at the time stamp, my how times have changed...
