Indeed Chris, one of the nicest quarters of my hometown: narrow and hilly one way streets, small and rather old but nontheless expensive houses, many of them can only be reached by endless stairs. No parking anywhere, I heard of a garage being sold for over 100k$. But nice anyway :-)
