My harvest of garlic last year was very good and, although I cook with it at least five or six times a week, I still have a good supply of last year's crop.

Here is one only half of which got used when my wife made some avocado dip a day or two ago. It was delicious.

This was shot using an old Industar 50mm f/2 lens attached to my OM-1 digital camera. The lens was set at f/5.6 at which aperture it is quite good.
