I am not one for self-portraits -- I have rarely liked ones I've made, so I don't do them much.

But I looked up from the sink after washing my face and, seeing myself in the mirror, thought, "My hair's hardly ever this long anymore; I should take a picture."

The camera closest to hand was the Olympus E-P2 with a 75mm lens on it: too long for arm's length. So I held the camera at waist height and aimed at the mirror. And then pointed my face at the mirror towards the camera's reflection.

I like the "Does-this-work?" look. And the Moiré-ish effect to the side.
