Le passé / The past
Jadis il y avait un menuisier qui travaillait ici. Le local a été transmis, et aujourd'hui les enfants du propriétaire viennent y travailler lors de leurs séjours, pour le plaisir de créer, de sentir la bonne odeur du bois et de faire tourner les machines.
La lumière du couchant à travers la fenêtre m'a inspiré.
There used to be a carpenter who worked here. The premises were handed down, and today the owner's children come here to work when they're away, for the pleasure of creating, smelling the wood and turning the machines.
The sunset light through the window inspired me.
