That could be, Bob. Canadians love cream in their coffee. The national drink is a double-double -- double cream, double sugar. The supply management system for milk may also play a role, but I have no idea if it does. As a good Canadian citizen, though, I should note that given the huge surplus of milk the US government has created with subsidies, you'd think you'd be able to find it. So there.
