Thanks, George. I don't know why Toronto is full of big glass boxes. Glass facades don't seem very appropriate for the climate -- you'd think they'd have bigger heating bills in the winter and bigger cooling bills in the summer. But then, I'm neither an architect nor an HVAC specialist.
