Buses in Norwich - 26 Jul 2024 (P1180849)

Friday 26 July 2024 (1108) – Framed by the St. Crispin’s Road overbridge in Norwich, two buses are in Magdalen Street heading towards the city centre.

At the kerbside is Konectbus (Go-Ahead Group) 600 (SN10 CFD), an Alexander Dennis (ADL) Enviro400 bodied Trident new in March 2020, working service 11B from (rather than to) Sprowston. Carries an advertising livery (sides and rear) but the front is the Norwich Park & Ride livery.

First Eastern Counties Buses 69552 (BF12 KWP), a Wright Eclipse bodied Volvo B7RLE new to First Hampshire & Dorset in March 2012, the livery is that of FH&D. Despite having a resemblance to FEC’s Green Line services branding it was working service 36A - a Purple Line service. The shadows and reflections give the impression that the bus has a bi-focal windscreen!
