Channel to Channel (PiP)

Captured early evening at Burnham on sea, Somerset. The good weather brought people to the beach to enjoy a stroll or a little beach fun. Some creative visitor to the beach has created a channel, or groove, all the way down to the water's edge. As this is Bridgwater Bay, on the Bristol Channel, it is effectively 'channel to channel'. I have included a PiP from later on in the evening showing a dog having fun on the beach.

Thank you very much Lothar. Yes the dog was definitely enjoying himself. Dog owners make the most of the beach at this time of year as dogs are banned from the beach during summer months

Thank you Falk. The top of the jetty on the right of the image leads to the Esplanade, but below it are these long, wide steps that you can see in the left hand corner of the PiP. They are part of the sea defences and run the length of the beach.
