I spotted this delightful figure when we were on holiday in Dumfries and Galloway.
In my lifetime the Queen's Speech was always a feature on Christmas Day, and I thought it would be nice to post this picture for Christmas.

And the songs match the photo and the season perfectly well. I can imagine how you must feel...no Queen's Speech on Christmas Day after all those decades! One almost thought that Queen had always been there and always would be. But just like in that song...the show must go on, so let's give King Charles a chance ;-)
