My concept for the image was to creatively depict the mass tourism that floods tourist attractions around the world. As a bonus, this approach allowed me to hide an unsightly construction tarp that had covered the left half of St. Mark’s Basilica last October.

I submitted the edited photo (LR + PS) to ChatGPT for image analysis and asked for optimization suggestions. The AI found very little to improve:
- the people’s legs were desaturated slightly,
- a church spire was added to the reflection (compare the PiP).
- the sky was rendered with slightly more definition (the small clouds are not present in the original)

So 98% of the image is my original photo, and 2% is AI. Would I have to label it and risk someone missing that detail and flagging my image as AI?

Meine Bildidee war, den Massentourismus, der weltweit die Sehenswürdigkeiten überflutet, auf kreative Weise darzustellen. Ganz nebenbei gelang es auf diese Weise, eine hässliche Bauplane, die die linke Hälfte des Markusdoms im Oktober vergangenen Jahres verdeckte, auszublenden.

Ich hatte ChatGPT das ausgearbeitete Foto (LR + PS) zur Bildanalyse vorgelegt und um Optimierungsvorschläge gebeten. Die KI fand nur wenig zu verbessern:
- die Beine der Menschen wurden farblich etwas entsättigt,
- ein Kirchturmkreuz wurde in der Spiegelung vervollständigt (vergleiche das PiP).
- der Himmel wurde etwas pointierter gezeichnet (die kleinen Wölkchen sind nicht im Original enthalten)

Zu 98% ist das Bild also mein Originalfoto, zu 2% KI. Müsste ich das kennzeichnen und damit Gefahr laufen, dass irgendwer das alles nicht überblickt und mein Bild als KI aussortiert?
