It’s an AI creation, Keith.
I wrote this prompt:
Show the back of the head of a woman with
short blonde messy hair,
bare neck and shoulders.
All that can be seen of her in the frame is her head, neck and shoulders.
Her head is brightly lit and realistically represented.
She has a small eye tattoo on one of her shoulders.
She is looking straight ahead at a screen which fills the background with an image of a giant eye.
The eye is softly lit, a little blurred.

I had to crop out the shoulders because the AI model struggles with the complex angles and shapes of shoulder blades and spine . The back looked oddly deformed. I edited out the colour because I felt it made a more effective image.
