HFF Leicester England 22nd March 2026

The former Donisthorpe and Company Limited factory building and engine house overlooking the River Soar in Leicester city centre.

Friar’s Mill dates from the late 18th / early 19th century as a textile manufacturing site. The main building was gutted by fire in 2012 but has been rebuilt.
