Some years ago now en route back to Llandudno from Leicester on a Monday morning I took the opportunity, while waiting for the 09.49 train to Bangor, to capture this EWS Class 67 diesel 67022 light engine in bay platform 8 under the impressive roof at the south end of Crewe station.

The rather straight-backed benches on the right don't look so comfortable.
