Lethal beauty. Smashed trees everywhere....alot of mess to clear up. Its beautiful to look at... but brings such sadness

The story of the ice storm is incredible as well as the pictures. Didn't know that it made a sound and the danger of the falling ice....

Another lovely capture. I know the sound well. Plus the loud crashes when the trees land on roofs, the blue flashes of light and loud explosions throughout the night as falling trees blow up transformers, and living in an unheated house for several days without electricity.
