Looking past Snapper Island

Snapper Island is named after a popular fish species. It also is an important nature reserve and closed to public entry because it is a nesting place for Little Penguins and endangered sea birds. Wishing everyone a Happy Fence Friday and a great weekend to follow.

Thanks Amelia. Yes, this was taken at the end of a session of bad weather. We had remarkable rainfalls for this region, 147 mm in one day and even more in many places. That followed a heatwave with wild bushfires.
