A Vase of Shells

Saturday Self-Challenge: Anything Glass in B&W

I am still learning how to use my new camera (I have a feeling I'll be learning for a long time!), and wanted to try B&W in camera instead of using an editor. After some time spent learning how to use the feature, I managed to get a somewhat decent image.

Happy Easter and have a great week ahead!

You did well, it's a beautifully lit still life!
Getting used to a new camera is something I find really difficult, that's why I hang on to the old ones for a very long time;-)

Oh I love collecting shells and stones from holidays. On some parts of the beach in Greece, were some wonderfully white stones and also white shells, so they were collected and are still in a glass vase like yours. I do like this picture in black/white - very striking
