A greener shade of green.

The image quality here isn't high because colour slides fade after 42 years, and in the scanning process only so much can be done to recreate the original colours accurately. But I've desaturated and de-greened the grass to look as natural as possible

What saddens me more is that the great trees on the right (Elms?) have since vanished.

All is forgiven then. I hadn't noticed the flares.

I still mourn the elm at the bottom of my garden.
I see it there in my mind's eye nearly every day.
