St Mary's Church Chartham Kent
The Church is an active Anglican parish church in the diocese of Canterbury. Constructed between 1285 and circa 1305, The church is constructed of Kentish knapped flint with a tower of the fourteenth century, the church was restored in 1875 by George Edmund Street. The church is designated by English Heritage as a Grade I listed building.
A paper mill in the village has specialised in making tracing paper since 1938 it is alongside the river and was a water mill, it is now a more modern facility.
I have recently heard that the paper mill will close shortly
MY THANKS TO ALL WHO VISIT AND COMMENT IT IS APPRECIATED

Con la irrupción digital y su auge se demanda menos papel y de calco... años que no utilizo; así que normal que cierren algunas fábricas de papel. Muchos árboles lo agradecerán, Jhon.
