Ship and Trolley Station (HFF)

At the trolley station near the pier in Astoria, Oregon.

The trolley wasn't running, so I had to hoof it. That's our ship (Regatta) in the background.

Image taken with phone and processed with GIMP.

Robert Swanson replied to David G Johnson:

Yep, the railroad tracks in the foreground are used for the trolley, which apparently runs seasonally. Those tracks were originally part of the railroad used to handle goods to and from the piers. (There were no overhead wires for these tracks, by the way.)

When I visit an interesting area, I do like to take classic transport, such as trolley cars (trams), etc. Missed it this time.
