It's always interesting to look around the back of any fancy development, to see what is really going on. Just behind the very nice, recently-constructed tourist buildings at the Tortola port, there is a different story to see.

Trash among the weeds, rust on the fence, etc. However, at least they had put holiday lights on the fence, for the upcoming Christmas celebration.
