The creator Joana VASCONCELOS installed an unforeseen and disproportionate eye over the Tagus River, next to the MAAT(*), daily photographed by hundreds of visitors, like me, that here I declare myself responsible for overlapping on the crane that was necessary to keep the eye well open and balanced on the surface, against the excess of light, wind, and humidity that came into my chronic bronchitis.
