Patchwork tote bag I made for Emily

I wanted to give Emily a bag from me, but I didn't have enough time to make a patchwork one, then I discovered some leftover patchwork, complete with the attached lining fabric. I hope she likes it.

Gosh, that's so thoughtful and nice, Jenny!! I'm sure she'll love it!! :)

Thank you for your wonderful comments on my sporophyte picture. I enjoyed reading about what you are grateful for...it's nice to sit and reflect on who is important to our lives. Thank you for sharing, it was a very nice peek into your life. *hugs*

Oh, and also, I'm so glad you liked the little world I presented! :)

Jenny McIntyre replied to Janet Brien:

Well Emily does so much for me. I know I pay her as my cleaner, but she's become a friend too. I hadn't realised how down I'd felt with the state of my home - it wasn't that bad really, but I hadn't been able to hoover properly nor dust some places, but now she's done that and I have noticed the difference, it's wonderful now. Also she helps me with things I can't do myself, and I don't like to have to ask my neighbours to help me, and she does them immediately and never makes me feel that I'm imposing on her. We sorted out the main freezer and she was great fun!! Then we sorted out some storage boxes, it was great fun. So this is my way of saying thank you.
