It is lovely to see all those enthusiastic people getting together with no aggravation and their only interests are in having fun, some friendly competition and maybe achieving a personal best time.

I must admit these days I get my best exercise before climbing out of bed! Open one eye, then the other, moving on the the arms and then the legs and swinging my legs over the edge of the bed after checking nothing has fallen off or stopped working during the night:-))))
