This is 'Ulley Reservoir' - at 'Ulley country park'.. photographed from the stone bridge.. the photo is posted,. ''upside down'',. the sky and clouds are the reflection in the water.
With a totally still surface 'perhaps another day' ,. the end result would have been even more effective.
