Sitzender Mandarin

Der Sitzende Mandarin auf der Kuppel (PiP) des Chinesischen Hauses im Park Sanssouci. Das Haus wurde von 1755 bis 1764 als Pavillon im Stil der Chinoiserie und des Rokokos errichtet. Die Figur ist vergoldet.

A very impressive looking statue Wilhelm..........it looks beautiful in the sunshine, which shows off the detail and golden colour perfectly.

I like the image in the PiP as well. The decorations on the building are very ornate and beautiful.
