Die guten Äpfel habe ich im Keller eingelagert. Einen Teil der wurmstichigen Äpfel schneide ich auf und esse sie, aber es sind zu viele. Damit sie nicht verfaulen, bringe ich sie zum Entsafter. Dort bekomme ich Apfelsaft zum Vorzugspreis.

Auf der Apfelsaftflasche steht Eiweiß 0,2 g je 100 ml, also etwa 3 Maden pro Glas ;-)
