I ask my wife to go out and take nocturnal shots of Madrid, we go out at 8 pm(usually completely dark in LIma) and have to wait until 10 pm to take these shots of the beautiful Cervantes Institute at Alcala street in MAdrid downtown at blue hour. Check full size for details
