art metro line 1, Naples: Centro Direzionale
Naples boasts one of the world's largest free and publicly accessible museums: the art stations of the Naples metro. The result is the so-called art metro line 1 in which stations, designed by great architects, and installations by world artists coexist on a daily basis.
Most of these works are accessible every day while moving around the city. At present, there are 15 stations of the art metro in Naples and they contain about two hundred works of art.

HBM, enjoy the day. Herb
Adele replied to Herb Riddle:
The Centro Direzionale metro station was designed by Benedetta Tagliabue, who founded the international firm EMBT with Enric Miralles (1955–2000).

The whole structure is considered a work of contemporary art ,which can be either appreciated and enjoyed or not.
Best wishes,
Adele
