What a mess! In my city, people drive them recklessly on streets and sidewalks. I wish that the police would crack down before they injure someone.

Same in our cities too. Delinquent youths with backward baseball caps and falling down trousers ('jailhouse pants') always use them for crime.. As you say, police should crack down on them hard!
