Peter_Private_Box replied to Jaap van 't Veen:

Thank you so much Jaap!

Apparently these arrived uninvited on the ships of the earliest sailors. Now they live everywhere, flitting from rock to rock.

Thank you Isabel,

Peter_Private_Box replied to Sarah O':

Hi Sarah,

Thank you for your visit to this little lizard. He was a little shy, but quite harmless really!!!
Maybe you have some nasty varieties of lizard in America?

Peter_Private_Box replied to Steve D:

Thank you Steve,

Your kind words have made me happy!
Unfortunately I am no expert on lizards, or where to look, but there seemed to be quite a few about when you looked for them.

You caught him perfectly, the sharpness is spot on! I guess the rocks were nice and warm:-)

Peter_Private_Box replied to Gudrun:

Thank you Gudrun

Madeira has lots of sunlight, so I am sure the rocks had warmed up enough !!!
And there were plenty of them about to choose from!
Glad you like it

Best wishes
Peter

Sorry for late reply, I've been away for the weekend.
